Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Customized or opened items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call +1 (916) 218-5225 to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt inside the package.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
